With a faceted and aggressive design, we communicate its resistance, an aspect that was taken into account from the beginning of the project due to the environment in which this product will operate: movements of large machinery, exposure to liquids and IP protection requirements, among others. An important point that was taken into account was the condensation of vapor inside that could make reading difficult, so we looked for the most suitable sealing gasket to avoid this effect.
Mock-ups and functional prototypes were carried out to validate its operation, assembly, ergonomics, capacity to accommodate all the internal components, etc… The process included the conceptual design, the creation and analysis of the prototype, the development of the 3D geometry for its manufacture and the graphic design of the membrane keyboard.
